This particular frame, is NOS (new old stock), and more significantly , has a serial number of ....1!
Back in 1996, the organisers of the Tour de France decided that the Once team could no longer  use yellow  jerseys for their team colours, as it clashed with the yellow jersey for the Tour leader. The team then switched to Pink jerseys. They had also previously ridden yellow bikes, a,d Look decided to do a limited edition run of Pink frames.  250 frames were built, and the team took what they required. The remaining frames, were numbered, and sold to Look distributors all over the world.
10 frames came to New Zealand, all were purchased by Wallis Cycles. Despite their hefty price tag, all sold very quickly. All that is, bar this one. Owner of Wallis Cycles, Glenn Wallis kept one, in his size.
'The plan had been to one day build it up with period correct group and wheels, however the frame sat in the box, in the storeroom at the shop, for 25 years (until 2021) when the shop closed.
I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase this off Glenn and Margaret Wallis.
One of the main reasons for buying it, is the fact that it bears serial number 1.
